Every step taken is filled with care, and the spring wind once again greens the banks of the Yangtze. Just after the Spring Equinox, on the morning of March 21 the Shangcheng District conference on high-quality urban economic development, themed Striving in Shangcheng, I Am Ready, was held. Leaders of the district party committee, people's congress, government and political consultative committee, the presidents of the district court and procuratorate, the secretary-general of the district CPPCC, entrepreneurs and talent representatives from the district, and the heads of relevant departments, sub-districts, platforms, state-owned enterprises and economic cooperative communities all attended the event to draw up a blueprint for development together.
At the meeting the awards for the 2024 economic breakthrough pioneer enterprises and other honours were presented. With its excellent international operating capability and outstanding contribution to the regional economy, Xupai Battery was named a Hangzhou 2024 Shangcheng District Economic Breakthrough Pioneer Enterprise.
