March 25, 2025 was a milestone date for Xupai. On that day the office building and the dormitory building of its Vietnam factory in Tay Ninh were officially topped out. Reaching this point marked a major stage in the construction of the Xupai Vietnam factory and laid a solid foundation for the start of operations.

Xupai, a company dedicated to battery research and development, manufacturing, sales and service, currently operates six production bases worldwide. The Xupai Power Vietnam Co., Ltd. plant in Tay Ninh is a key part of Xupai's international strategy. Since the project began Xupai has placed great expectations on it, aiming to build an overseas production base that combines advanced manufacturing technology with modern management.

During construction the project team of the Xupai Vietnam factory overcame many difficulties. From early site planning and foundation work to the structural frame, every stage carried the effort of the builders. Facing a demanding site and a tight schedule, the team organised the work carefully, built to a scientific plan and kept a strict grip on quality and safety, which kept the project moving forward smoothly.

Topping out the office and dormitory buildings is an important result of this phase of construction. The office building will provide a modern workplace for day-to-day operation and management of the factory, and its facilities and environment will help raise efficiency and attract more talent to the development of the Xupai Vietnam factory. The dormitory building gives employees good living conditions and removes their worries at home, so that they can devote themselves fully to their work, reflecting Xupai's people-first philosophy.

The topping-out of the two buildings carries deep significance for Xupai's international strategy. Next, the Xupai Vietnam factory will press on with the remaining construction, including the installation and commissioning of production-line equipment and the completion of supporting facilities, so that the plant can start operations on schedule.
