To raise the level of standardized management, , strengthen the management foundation, , help all employees develop the good habit of operating and executing according to systems and procedures, , and keep improving product quality, , the company decided to designate the 12th month of each year as its "Standardization Activity Month".
The one-month standardization campaign formally began on December 1, 2019, and on December 3 the launch meeting of "Standardization Activity Month" was held.

The company leadership attaches great importance to standardization. To effectively combine standardized management with safe production and form a long-term mechanism for safety management, a "Standardization Month" leading group was set up with the general manager as its leader to guide, organize and supervise all the activities of the month; a working group for the "Standardization Activity Month" was also formed to take charge of training, promotion and implementation of the activities and to supervise, coordinate, inspect and guide all units in working effectively.
Thanks to the joint efforts of the leading group, the working group and staff at every level of the company, after a month of hard work the departments and workshops achieved solid progress in standardization building. On December 31, 2019, the company held a summary and appraisal meeting for the "Standardization Activity Month". The leading and working groups scored the standardization work of every department and workshop against the scoring criteria and finally decided one first prize, won by the Technology Management Department; three second prizes, won respectively by the Human Resources Department, the Safety and Environment Department and the General Manager’s Office; and five third prizes, won respectively by the casting and welding workshop, the grinding workshop, the No.5 acid-mixing after-sales team, the Finance Department and the Quality Control Department.
