A good start is half the success. At the beginning of the Year of the Rooster, good news kept coming for Xupai Battery, and joy lingered around every Xupai person. On February 6, Xupai Battery’s Jiangsu base, Xupai Power Co., Ltd., won two major awards from the Suqian Eco-Chemical Science and Technology Industrial Park - Advanced Unit for Environmental Protection 2016 and Advanced Unit for Corporate Tax Contribution 2016 - marking high recognition of the work of Xupai Battery by the local government.

       On February 6, to thoroughly implement the spirit of the district work-target summary and style-building conference, to press ahead with the work of the new year and strive for a strong start in the first quarter and a full harvest all year, the Suqian Eco-Chemical Science and Technology Industrial Park held its 2016 annual work meeting at Xupai Power Co., Ltd. The park leadership, all staff of the administrative committee, principal heads of enterprises in the park, environmental and safety officers, and all members of local neighborhood and village committees attended. The meeting commended the advanced units that had made active contributions to the park in 2016. As a well-known brand in the storage battery industry, Xupai Battery was awarded the two prizes of Advanced Unit for Environmental Protection 2016 and Advanced Unit for Corporate Tax Contribution 2016, honored solemnly by the district committee and district government. Zhang Wenquan, General Manager of Xupai Power Co., Ltd., went on stage to accept the awards.

       In an interview with Suyu District TV, Zhang Wenquan said: "Holding these two heavy medals, I feel the responsibility on our shoulders grows ever greater. They embody the support, trust and encouragement of the leaders and the government, and reflect the countless effort of nearly 10,000 employees of Xupai Battery. In the future, all Xupai employees will surely strive hard, forge ahead and contribute to the park and to the ecological civilization development of our country."
