Xupai Battery Reaches a New Milestone with Its GFM Series

Recently, Xupai battery’s GFM series valve-regulated sealed lead-acid batteries for telecom use (ordinary AGM lead-acid batteries of 2V and 1000Ah or below) and the 6-GFM series valve-regulated sealed lead-acid batteries for telecom use (ordinary AGM lead-acid batteries of 12V and 200Ah or below) passed product testing and factory audit at the TLC Certification Center of the Ministry of Information Industry, and obtained TLC certification certificates.
The TLC Certification Center (formerly the Post and Telecommunications Quality System Certification Center), part of the Telecom Research Institute of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, is currently the only institution in China specializing in management-system certification, environmental management-system certification, occupational health and safety management-system certification and product certification for the post and telecommunications industry. As a specialized management-system and product certification body, it was assessed and recognized by the China National Accreditation Body for Certification Bodies (CNAB) in 1996 and formally approved and registered by the National Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. Because CNAB has joined international multilateral mutual-recognition agreements, quality-system certificates issued by TLC with the CNAB recognition mark are accepted by accreditation bodies in most developed countries (such as the United States, Japan, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands and Italy) and in some developing countries.
TLC certification is a type of product certification based on a quality management system. The “TLC Product Certification Certificate” is issued by the TLC Certification Center of the Telecom Research Institute of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; it is highly regarded in the telecommunications sector and is called the “telecom equipment network-access certificate”. In addition, in the procurement and tendering of some government bodies and other industries, product certificates issued by the center are also treated as a basic qualification requirement.
The TLC Certification Center tests and certifies only original manufacturers, and a product qualifies only once it holds a product certificate issued by the center. Building on the applicant company’s quality management-system certification, TLC certification places special emphasis on factors closely tied to product quality, such as testing resources, handling of customer feedback, control of key raw materials and product consistency. It uses the most rigorous methods - type testing, system audits, market sampling, factory inspection and re-inspection - with every step kept strict.
During certification, an expert panel of the TLC Certification Center strictly reviewed Xupai Power Co., Ltd.’s quality management system, process flow, test records and other materials. It unanimously found that Xupai battery’s GFM series valve-regulated sealed lead-acid batteries for telecom use (ordinary AGM lead-acid batteries of 2V and 1000Ah or below) and the 6-GFM series valve-regulated sealed lead-acid batteries for telecom use (ordinary AGM lead-acid batteries of 12V and 200Ah or below) meet the requirements of the product-certification implementation rules in their production conditions and quality-assurance capability, with product consistency and suitability checks effectively controlled, fully meeting certification requirements.
