After office workers get off work,

they are still fighting at their posts.

Long used to rising early and coming home late,

they keep on trying.

They are the people we call

battery folk.

Like all office workers,

they carry more than their share of pressure:

elderly parents at home, young children,

and a home loan and a car loan in between.

The weight of life comes crashing down like a mountain,
yet for the sake of life itself, we have no choice but to keep going.

I know that every night the city glitters with lights,

but do you know that behind this dazzling scene

stand so many battery folk giving it their all for a living!

Delivering, hauling, ordering, chasing shipments...

The cycle goes on, with no time to rest!

There are a thousand reasons to give up,

but always one reason to keep going.

For a dream, for family,

or simply to become a better self!

Life is never easy,

and everyone who struggles hard deserves recognition.

Life is hard, but keep working at it:

the blazing summer sun is just ahead, and that is truly not easy,

but I believe things will get better with time.
