Big News Again: Xupai Chairman Honored as New Zhejiang Entrepreneur Leader

On June 8, the 15th Zhejiang Entrepreneurs (Investment and Financing) Conference and the 2018 Digital Economy Summit were held in Hangzhou, China, where awards including New Zhejiang Entrepreneur Leaders were presented on site. Zhang Yuquan, chairman of Xupai Battery, was honored as a 2018 New Zhejiang Entrepreneur Leader, and we extend our warmest congratulations! As an explorer of change in the battery industry, Chairman Zhang takes courage and innovation as his hallmark, leading the battery industry toward healthy and orderly development.
The event gathered leaders of relevant government departments, scholars from home and abroad, private entrepreneurs and renowned investors. Vice Governor Gao Xingfu and Tang Zhongxiang, party secretary and president of the Zhejiang Daily Press Group, delivered addresses, while Wang Yongchang, vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the 12th Zhejiang Provincial People’s Congress and president of the Zhejiang Entrepreneur Development Research Institute, and Wang Tingge, chairman of Wuchan Zhongda Group, gave keynote speeches.
From entrepreneurs of the farming age to pioneers of the industrial era and dream builders of the internet age, Zhejiang entrepreneurs have time and again written legends in the business world. As the elder generation that rose in the 1970s and 1980s gradually steps behind the scenes, a new wave of energetic young people is breaking new ground on this hotbed of entrepreneurship in Zhejiang and growing into the backbone of its economy.
At the just-concluded meeting of the Lead-Acid Battery Sub-committee of the China Electrical Equipment Industrial Association, Zhang Yuquan, chairman of Xupai Power Co., Ltd., was named a 2017 Leading Figure of the Lead-Acid Battery Industry. Now at this conference our Chairman Zhang has won another honor, 2018 New Zhejiang Entrepreneur Leader. Every one of these accolades is not only recognition of an individual but also high affirmation of and encouragement for the Xupai brand.
